Paypal has added pages to its website explaining how members can now use their mobile phones to make paypal transactions. After linking their PayPal account to a mobile number, users can text a simple message to "PAYPAL" (729725) or call an 800 number to send money to another phone number. If the transfer is initiated by text, they will receive a call to verify and confirm the transfer.
