ptech has implement a live support for those members or staff with questions or concern about phone program or software or anything in general.
this is how it works at the bottom of the page you will see a support icon if you see it live then click on it and fill in the info and allow time for someone to log in or if you see it offline just drop a email account and someone will get back to you.
