    Ultimate Launch Themes

Whats Up all. Here's a little concept with Ultimate Launch I've been working on. Basically it adds a nice button functionality to UL with an attractive user interface. Its nothing really new (UL could do it all along, I just never used it this way).

Works very smoothly with all the below applications/plugins on my HTC Sprint Touch.

In order for it to work like in my screenshots, you'll need the following apps already installed:

    Ultimate Launch
    HTC Home
    CnetX Face Contacts
    Mars Weather Panel
    SBSH Pocket weather
removebottombar.exe (From htc blackdrop thread) Gets your screen real estate the right size for my configs.

If you don't want these applications in your UL or want something else on your tabs, no worries. Its all fully customizable if you have UL experience. This just gives you the buttons/icons and a nice template to work with. I personally got sick of finger-gesture swipe navigation.

    1) Ok, first, download my icon folder, unrar it, and save the whole folder to your storage card in the root directory.

    2) Second, download the themes folder, unrar it and look at the contents. In each folder (Black, white, and balck designer) there is a UL configuration settings file. This is the theme. Think of it as S2U2 Themes where you need to drag, drop and overwrite the existing one. Take a theme, and drop it into Program files/Ultimate Launch. It will ask you to overwrite. Choose Yes. All this file does is call up the settings you need/plugins/, as well as the proper icon set from the icon folder on your storage card. I like to have a themes folder in my program files/Ultimate Launch folder that I can just copy and paste from to switch themes on the go.

If you tweak your own theme, just go into program files/Ultimate Launch and save your settings file as your own theme for later use or sharing.

    3) Now, launch UL settings and right away click save. When it loads up, your new UL theme should be present. I've disabled horizontal "swipe" settings on mine becasue of personal preference. You'll have to configure your own application shortcuts, because inevitably, you'll have different applications you want on yout UL tabs.

This may open new doors for some of you pro-active types to piece together your own icon sets and UL themes.

I'll be offering full support if anyone is having trouble getting this to work. Its a new concept i devised, and I've had good luck with it so far. Cheers and enjoy!
