    Getting my diamond

    Just finished emailing sprint and swapping my mogul for a diamond and heres the emails

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide you more credit than $150.00 against
    the handset charges. You are eligible for a $75.00 rebate. You can
    purchase the new handset with the applicable rebate of $75.00 and reply

    Also, you can replace your handset for HTC Diamond. I appreciate your
    understanding our limitations.

    service ive had the mogul for a while now and since ive purchased it ive
    had at least 10 replacements and thats just not acceptable.I have
    emailed you guys about this before and you offered me 150 dollars to
    upgrade my device but i dont have that kind of money to buy a phone and
    all im asking is for you guys to give me another device for mine or give
    me a better deal or ill just have to switch carriers because its been
