Since ChatGPT’s release in November 2022, the chatbot has been a uniform experience for each and every user. Although you can pay for ChatGPT Plus to get higher-quality responses via the newer GPT-4 Turbo model, it still isn’t tailored to individual tastes or geared towards specific tasks. Fast forward to today, however, and that’s finally changing with the release of custom GPTs that anyone can create and share with others.
With custom GPTs, OpenAI says you can teach the chatbot how to play a board game or act as a digital coding assistant. And in the short while since the feature’s release, the community at large has already developed GPTs that can customize your resume for different jobs, create custom logos, and even send emails or text messages from within ChatGPT.
