Last we heard of it, the Motorola X50 Ultra was â€œcoming soonâ€ with a promise to launch this month. Itâ€™s not quite ready, but the checklist is nearly complete â€“ one of the last items was an approval by TENAA and the agency just listed the phone complete with live photos and some specs.

The X50 Ultra is the Chinese version of the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, which is also expected later this month. The local model will have some additional features, with AI being a key part of the advertising so far.
