MediaTek Dimensity 9400's NPU obliterates the competition in AI Benchmark

Following many months of rumors, leaks, and speculation, earlier today MediaTek made the Dimensity 9400 official. The company's new top of the line chipset promises to be a mighty competitor to the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, and this has already been proven by its result in the AI Benchmark.

The Dimensity 9400's NPU 890 comfortably leads in that benchmark, with 6,773 points. It towers above its predecessor, the NPU 790 in the Dimensity 9300, which only managed 4,911 points, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 with its measly 3,633 points, and the Apple A17 Pro's Neural Engine which got 3,428...
