Samsung has officially introduced the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Enterprise Edition, a new variant of its flagship foldable tailored for the workplace. While the standard Fold 7 has already found success in the consumer market, the Enterprise Edition is built with businesses in mind. It offers stronger support, better manageability, and extended longevity.
The first market to get the Galaxy Z Fold 7 Enterprise Edition is Germany. Hardware-wise, the phone is identical to the regular model. You still get the ultra-slim profile, flagship-level performance from the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, and a wide cover screen that makes multitasking more seamless. The inner display is expansive, great for productivity apps, and comes with Galaxy AI tools like Google Gemini Live for real-time assistance.
Durability is also a key strength. Samsung has reinforced the phone with Advanced Armor Aluminum, upgraded Ultra-Thin Glass, and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 for the outer screen. The new Armor FlexHinge helps provide a smoother fold while adding structural strength. All of this is designed to handle daily wear and tear in demanding business environments.
What sets the Enterprise Edition apart is the added business support. It comes with a three-year manufacturer’s warranty in Germany. That’s one year longer than the consumer model. It also includes one year of free access to Samsung Knox Suite. This bundle provides tools for security, device management, and deployment. It makes it easier for IT teams to handle large number of devices.
As with the standard model, the Enterprise Edition is also eligible for seven years of Android OS and security updates. This long-term software commitment makes it ideal for companies that prioritize stability and support over frequent hardware refresh cycles. Samsung is offering the Enterprise Edition in Jetblack with 512GB of storage.
