Gaming Copilot can help you beat game bosses on your Galaxy Book Ultra

Every brand is trying to stuff in as many AI features as possible in their devices and software, and Microsoft has thought of a new way AI could be helpful for gamers. It has developed a feature called Gaming Copilot, an AI-powered assistant that helps you complete levels and beat bosses in video games. You can soon use it on your Galaxy Book Ultra, which has a dedicated GPU.

Microsoft has started testing a new feature called Gaming Copilot on computers running Windows 11. It is a variant of the company's AI-powered digital assistant, Copilot. Xbox Insiders can now test it, and if you are one of them, you can test it on your Galaxy Book Ultra (or any other PC) via the Game Bar starting today. Microsoft will bring more optimizations to it alongside the launch of Xbox Ally handheld gaming consoles later this year.

Gaming Copilot knows what you are playing and can help you with steps or moves that will allow you to complete a particular level or defeat a boss in a game. You can access your achievements and play history using the chatbot. It is visible as a widget inside the Game Bar. If you don't want to type your doubt or question, you can use its voice mode to ask questions using your voice.

If you don't even want to describe the scene using your voice, the new chatbot can use screenshots to help you with the game. Microsoft has plans to turn Gaming Copilot into a full-fledged AI gaming coach in the future. Earlier, the company tested a similar feature called Xbox Copilot on Android and iOS devices.

The new feature is available only in English as of now, and it limited to Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, the USA, and a few other countries. It will expand to more countries and regions in the future, but there is no definitive timeline from Microsoft for Gaming Copilot's expansion.
