In what could be considered as one of the more interesting smartphone design changes this year, new photos circulating online now reveal Sony’s upcoming budget Xperia 10 VII smartphone, which is now expected to launch later this fall.

That being said, the Xperia 10 VII ditches the vertical camera island seen on several other Xperia handsets, and instead opts for a horizontal camera layout on the rear panel, as confirmed by several photos featured on sumahodigest.com. The photos also include images of cases for the phone, which more clearly show the camera layout.



Other than this however, not much else is known about the Xperia 10 VII. Given its fall launch date, it could be speculated that Sony is shifting its product launch strategy throughout the year, as the Xperia 10 VI arrived in June back in 2024. Nevertheless, we’re bound to know more once we get closer to the 10 VII’s launch date.
