We’ve been hearing a lot about potential camera upgrades on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. While upgrades are good, they do often come at a cost. In this case, Ice Universe reports that the camera island on the Ultra will get noticeably chunkier.

Last week, Ice reported that the S26 Ultra will measure 163.4mm tall and 77.9mm wide, which is 0.6mm taller and 0.3mm wider than the S25 Ultra. Now the leakster has details on the depth dimension.

The new model will be thinner at its thinnest part – 7.9mm, compared to 8.2mm on the current model – but the camera island will get thicker, going...
