Randy leaves big bucks behind

Randy Couture's resignation as UFC heavyweight champion had less to do with landing a fight against Fedor Emelianenko as it did with money.
As I reported in my reader mailbag, Couture walked away from a contract that a highly placed non-UFC source said was for four fights and worth between $13 million and $15 million. There are still two fights remaining on that deal.
So I want to know your take on the matter. Do you admire Couture for standing on principle or do you think he made a mistake in leaving that money on the table? Or, do you think he'll get it back when he becomes a free agent and lands the big showdown with Emelianenko in another organization?
