Let the battery totally drain. Then recharge and power up. There is a good chance that it will come back to life.

If you have Alltel's data plan already you just connect the USB cord and run PDANET (search SPJ for it). It works just fine.

It's not on my Alltel Touch Pro. I don't see a Windows folder anywhere on the device. Is it possible that Alltel has made it invisible?
