Does anyone know how to set up this library proxy to work on the mogul?

I just want to get to the screen that asks for the CaletID and password on phone. Yeuhhh

there is no way to get this to work on the ppc..... sorry.

Do you know if this VPN won't work either? I tried putting in that address in the connections configuration for the Sprint network, but I couldn't get it to work.
