Leaked Photos Show Motorola?s next foldable smartphone



Motorola’s attempts at developing foldable handsets have been mostly decent, although nothing extremely ground-breaking, especially when compared to the rest of the foldable competition. New photos from 91mobiles show what appears to be a prototype model of a Motorola-branded foldable. The device looks rather different from the earlier Moto Razr handsets, which took after the original Razr’s design. Codenamed “Maven,” the phone shares a similar look to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3, thanks to the rounded edges and external design.

According to the report, the Maven will be available with 8GB or 12GB of RAM, and 256GB or 512GB of internal storage. It’s also predicted that it will initially launch in China either in July or August. Additionally, it will come with a 50-megapixel f/1.8 main camera, alongside a 13-megapixel wide-angle and macro sensor. Meanwhile, the folding screen will feature a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

Additionally, the device will be available in Quartz Black and Tranquil Blue.

A while back, we reported that Motorola’s third-generation foldable phone could be a force to be reckoned with. Initial spec predictions included a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, a 120Hz display, and up to 12GB of RAM.
