I had already tried that. It just takes me to the "Appearance" tab in Display properties where this option is not listed.... :'( So I analized the resources\themes folder to see what I was missing...

It only shuts off the backlight when selecting "shut down". Actually it pretty much does the same for every button (I know, weird as hell).

Alright...I first installed update 14 as suggested and it worked fine. Later I decided to give update 20 a try, so I HARD RESET and installed it ad guess what? It actually worked be than update 14...
