well, i wasnt able to re-install over the old TouchFlo, but outta pure haphazardness (a word?), i cut and pasted the TouchFlo outta the startup menu and into another folder, then was able to soft...

quick menu has a task manager or you can use xbutton to close out. also after you unstuck it from the start menu did you do a soft reset?????? i would check that also.
