I ran the SSS rom 0119 for months I need a Reliable, Stable, Fast Rom that has tethering and Sprint Nav. is a must. But this still don't answer my question.

Yes was syncing an hour agao and it shows it is charging and Yes I have turned off windows firewall. Never had problem till I installed the ATR Rom

Yes it did have usb in bottom when plugged into pc on usb cable I downloaded the stock rom.exe to the pc and opened it and installed it that way. I am sorry for the trouble but it wouldn't do...
