You guys are tits. Reformatted that SD card and tried it again and it worked. No issues now (other than the fact that I have to put the files on the card via the card reader instead of the Sync...

I figured it was something like that. It really pisses me off that the phone is listed everywhere as SDHC compatible but in actuality it is not. So f*cking aggravating.

I just installed a 8GB micro SDHC SanDisk card and the system recognizes the full 7782.5MB in setting/memory but the f*cking thing won't let me load any more content now that I have 1936MB in use....
