About 30 minutes after I posted I was looking back to try to figure out why it wasnt connecting right when I noticed in my 10 digit, 2 numbers were transposed. weird thing though it was logging on...

I will probably just buy the one I can get the best deal on. I would prefer a non branded one. Or the one that just says HTC at the top. I haven't seen those for sale anywhere at all though.
