I also received a new touch pro for a replacement of my old one. I put them side by side and indeed they differed. I exchanged it the same way that the mogul users have been doing to get touch pros; online. I been wanting to contact sprint about it, but haven't had time. Would you happen to have the direct number where I can call to get this sorted out?
My new build at least had the home key flush with the screen, unlike my old one.
