THIS IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I HAVE ALREADY PAID SPRINT $500 FOR A PHONE THAT DOESNT WORK LIKE IT WAS SAID TO WHEN I BOUGHT IT! Now your telling me I can give you another $275 to get it replaced with something that should be working correctly in the first place. I want a phone that works and I don’t want to pay for it. How about I have you refund the money I paid for a product that doesn’t work and I will take that money and go buy a phone from a company that will sell me something that works.

I can credit $200.00 off the available pricing for the phones. Cost would be $274.99 (before shipping and tax). You can also get an additional $50.00 credited to the account by selling the Old phone back to us through the following website:

www.sprintbuyback.com

This would be for a new Touch Diamond

Well whatever would be equivalent to my phone. I think it is the mp6950.

Hello Devin,

We have a lot of different model phones. Can you check on our website and let me know which you would be interested in getting?

Well to be honest I would like anything comparable. I have gone through at least seven of the htc touches. I just replaced mine through my insurance like maybe 2 weeks ago and I am having the same problems on the brand new one. I am tired of having to get this replaced and keep having the same problem. I paid $500 dollars for a phone that doesn’t work. I am very disappointed in the way this issue is being taken care of too. Every time I call in the only thing they offer me is a replacement phone of the same model or to give me the $150 of early. That would be nice if I was upgrading from a phone that worked but considering less than a year after I bought this phone I started having issues with it and have had nothing but problems. So, the $150 off doesn’t do anything for me as I would still have to pay for a new phone which means I would be out at least $800 dollars.

After receiving my new replacement 2 weeks ago and still having the same issues as listed below I am seriously like 10 seconds away from cancelling my service and going some where else. I find it very unacceptable that you cant take care of a customer who has been with you for like 6-7 years and never had any major problems.

Those are my thoughts. Please get back to me asap.

Hello Mr. Jenkins,

We recently received your email below and were wondering what model phone you might be considering upgrading to?

I have had this phone for a couple years now and had to have

it replaced multiple times do to every phone I get having issues. Random

resets, to incomming notifications (texts, calls, voicemails), charging

problems (plug gets worn out and wont sync) and I am just tired of

getting this same piece of junk phone. I want it replaced with something

to similiar quality AND NOT THE MP6900. THIS IS THE SAME PHONE AND I

WILL NOT TAKE THIS AS AN OPTION. If you look in my account then you will

see in the notes how many times I have called about these problems.
