I would keep calling customer service and complain. I had the instinct phone and it kept freezing up on me. I had to take it to the Sprint store 5 times in one week. I was so sick of them I kept calling and complaining about it. I told them that I wanted to drop my plan from the unlimited everything to the cheapest plan that they had or cancel my contract, they got a supervisor from tier 3 (I think) on the phone and she talked to me for an hour and got me the phone I wanted. It took me a month to get them right and to get what I wanted. They don't like happy customer's so you are going to have to fight for it cause that is what I had to do. GL!
