I called and made a fuss. I told them I'm on my 4th TP cuz the keyboards keep goin out and I dont want a TP anymore and the dumb girl keeps recommending to connect me to tech support to troubleshoot. What part of "dont want a TP anymore" suggests let's try to get it working again. She basically hung up on me (transferred call while I was still talking). Escalations called and left a message still suggesting I contact tech support. These ppl just don't get it. So I emailed eCare. No response yet. We'll see where this goes.
