Already posted this on another thread, but since this is my own thread guess I should provide some closure. Sprint has ordered my TP2, should be here in a few days.

As far as that screen crack, not too sure that will cut it. Sprint is replacing TP's for people who have been through at least 3. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't upgrade for a crack or else everyone would just break theirs on purpose. Think it has to be a manufacturing/software issue. Maybe if u've already cycled thru a few already u can just let them know that when you take it in and they mite go ahead and do it. Well, good luck.
