Is there anything in the rules that says whether or not you will be able to mod the phone to your liking? There were all the skins and themes and stuff. Will you be able to pull the rom apart and figure it all out? Just wondering if there are any restrictions on what you can and can't do to it.
nope you can do whatever you want to the device and one of the guidelines were that you did have to add stuff and tear it apart to get chosen
