Motorola Razr 3 battery may be disappointing to fans

The long-awaited next-generation foldable smartphone is the Motorola Razr 3. The company’s flagship gadget has been the subject of numerous online leaks, but Motorola has yet to make an official announcement. In the interim, a new leak of the product suggests that users may anticipate a battery capacity that is the same as its previous model. The Motorola Razr 3 will reportedly be powered by a 2800mAh battery, according to the rumor, which comes from dependable informant Digital Chat Station (via XDA Developers).

Even in comparison to its rival the Galaxy Z Flip 3, that is quite small. It will be fascinating to see how the Motorola Razr 3 manages a better 120Hz display if the reported battery capacity is thought to be genuine.

Its smaller battery suited the older processor it was paired with, and those who did use it loved the form factor and overall the people who used it loved it. MrMobile, aka Michael Fisher, has a long term review covering the ups and downs of foldable life.

The battery and processor choices at launch were controversial. Running on an older processor and a smaller battery at launch. But with the rumored upgraded screen and similar sized battery, it gives fans pause as to the longevity of the device day to day.

As the Razr 3 is looming ever closer on the horizon do we wonder if the same controversy will be had again. According to a recent report, the Motorola Razr 3 will probably come for less money, or about €1,149 ($1210), than the Razr 5G, which may still be a little bit too rich for some people’s blood.
