i myself can actually see them doing this to tell the truth. unlimited means unlimited and i dont see how they can legally get around the point of saying unlimited and than charge the customer some more.... if they wanna cap it they should cap it and change the name of the data from unlimited data to 5 gb data or whatever amount the company chooses..... they paid for unlimited so they are going to use unlimited.
