Haha, the AF definitely took better care of their people in that aspect, but I did Security Forces for 11 years and it was all about weapons, tactics, etc. We didn't have all the nice down time others had, we were all over and always seemed to have sh*t to deal with I've been all over, from Kuwait to Afghan, Iraq, Bahrain, Saudi, Oman, UAE, Uzbekistan, etc. pent much time in that region. In the pic above, you can actually see the Army Patriots in the background. Most services love being deployed with the AF, because they will get many of the same accommodations.
