i think they will sell but not as well as they were hoping for... at first i think that there will be a spurt of sales since they are newer but it will die down quickly. the main people that will have use for them is the business person and if they have a smartphone that does everything why would they need to or want to spend anywhere from 300- 1400 bucks on a tablet pc? seems a little too much like an oversized smartphone/ppc.

i agree they are over priced. why spend so much when you can drip 300 on a netbook of similar size?
