Re: CES 2010: Picks and Pans
I agree with what they said about the Palm Prix and the dixie (although i don't like either one of the phones that is just my own personal opinion) "Palm needs new phones with larger screens, better keyboards, better apps, and faster processors. Until that happens, Palm smartphones will continue to be outdone, and outsold, by Android phones and iPhones.'
The zomm thingy for $80 to let you know that you are too far away from your bluetooth to me is a waaste of money no matter how much it is. "Due this summer, Zomm is a small disc that vibrates and flashes if you stray too far from a Bluetooth phone that you paired it with." -- ok really who needs this? I agree with this, "CD-ROM press kits may be cheap to produce, but considering the volume of laptops--netbooks, all-day computing notebooks, and otherwise--that don't come with CD burners, it's fairly ludicrous for so many vendors to still hand out CDs, as opposed to USB flash memory drives" Tablets. I can always say it's nice to see something new but to see how it works and read the review on how well or poorly it works it better effective than a guesstimate. Moxi - Looks like they went back in time to the dinosaur ages, if they get a little more into this century then it would have a better fighting chance but i don't think it will survive in this market with those features, or should i say no features. --------- New Post Merged on 10/1/2010 at 0324 -------- These are just my thoughts and imput I agree with what they said about the Palm Prix and the dixie (although i don't like either one of the phones that is just my own personal opinion) "Palm needs new phones with larger screens, better keyboards, better apps, and faster processors. Can someone tell me why we would need a compass on a camera? Are people hiking and looking at their cameras to see if they are 40 degress off the direction they are supposed to be in? Really 21k for a camcorder custom or not what general public are you selling this too? This is a flippin recession. My favorite one of all the Ford with the internet. Yes people please purchase this car and make sure you read the fine print. IDK what their fine print says but it may read something like: Side Effects - may cause death to yourself and or others (we will not be held responsible) may cause insurance rates to go up. My cause early pay off of your tomb or cremation. Children (teen drivers) will be able to watch porn while driving. May cause other cars to piggy back. May cause a game of car catch up. Will cause you to loose sight of the road. May cause laughter that will make you cry. May cause anger probelms. May cause you to hit the accelerate out of excitement. ---All these things may lead to death so use with caution and at your own risk, we are not responsible for your actions |
