disappearing start menu

have my tp for bout 3 weeks now wanted to know if there's anyone out there who has the same problem. exp. I go to my game exit out, go back to the main screen and the start menu gone. tired of doing a soft reset.

My old mogul did this when i opened the keyboard all i had to do was take off the task manager

never heard of this happening myself but by any chance are you using quick menu?

I think he should try to go with quick menu that solved my problem

i wouldnt becuase with quick menu you have to tap this little area to get the apps to work and launch from the screen..... actually it is pretty annoying thus why i dropped using the app finally.
