i like them but i dont think it would get even close to as much use as my laptop does.... just doesnt seem as convenient in my case...

I'm not sure I could give up my keyboard or mouse. They seem like great devices for people that are on their feet with them. My kids doctors office uses them. Makes sense since they move from room to room. I just cant see the general public moving to these though.

dont you miss the keyboard and the mouse at all? thats the killing point for me..... otherwise almost seems like an 1987 ppc with fancy im tripping balls off these shrooms graphic work.

Yeah, without a keyboard, I'm stuck thinking a tablet is to a netbook what an iPhone is to a PPC. Sure, it looks cool, but annoying to use if you actually want to use it.
...the answer to a question no one asked. Just put the touchscreen on a netbook & call it done. Til then, why bother? |
