[ ISSUE SOLVED ] ppc6800 clock moving back an hour upon active sync

I've been having issues with my phone clock when I active sync - it changes the time back an hour.

My calendar on my pc shows the correct time for appointments but when it synchs to my ppc it synchs them an hour behind and changes my clock back an hour. If I adjust the appointment in my ppc calendar it synchs and moves it up an hour in my pc calendar.

running stock alltel ppc6800 rom

any ideas?

Make sure they are both on the same timezone, and make sure they are both using daylight savings time as a factor.

Re: ppc6800 clock moving back an hour upon active sync

they are both set to the same time zone -

my pc has a box checked to automatically adjust for daylight savings time

I can't seem to find anything on my ppc to automatcially adjust ???

When I go into my time synch [start > settings > personal > phone > services > time synchronization]

and click "update now" to with the mobile network - it drops the clock back an hour just like when I activesynch

even though I unchecked the box to automatically synch - it still synchs with the time on my computer but an hour behind.

I'm sure this problem will be fixed come 11/2 but would be nice to know if anybody has any fixes
