LG VX8610, replacing the LG Chocolate 2 VX8550

Besides the VX9100, Verizon is also preparing another LG phone called VX8610 for this year. Comes in a slider phone form factor, VX8610 sports a d-pad and 4 standard buttons on its front face while its phone keypad is hid under its QVGA screen. The LG VX8610- offers a built-in removable Bluetooth earpiece, which will be revealed when turned over to back.

The LG VX8610 might be replacing the LG Chocolate VX8550. Other features packed in Verizon VX8610 including a micro SD card slot, 2MP camera, USB ports and a built-in GPS chipset. Expected to be available in Q2c 2008, its price is unknown at this stage.

LG VX8610 is not officially revealed by LG nor Verizon yet, but rumor indicated that the it will be available some time around or after May 30th.

I just got a hold of the new LG DECOY and I have posted photos of it in my hand and plan to upload a video of it as well...
