Video conversion settings for Touch

I am tring to convert an avi of Spiderman 3 with is wide screen..
I am using media coder 3gp edition
my settings are to convert to mp4 320x240 256kbps @15 fps

it converts I open it up in my wmp on my touch and it not widescreen it is square and drastically cropped on the left and right sides.

Anyone know what are the right settings...

290X324 if im not mistaking..... pulling them off the top of my head to tell the truth..... if you go to the mobile videos area from the side menu under mobile customization you will find the sizes of ones already made.
