New Internet Explorer Mobile Shipped

Rumors confirm that Microsoft has already shipped the next Internet Mobile browser code to manufacturers such as HTC which is supposed to have better Web 2.0 browsing experience with Flash 9 capability and Silverlight too but still it lacks a lot and stays far behing Opera 9.5.
