Throttle Lock Skin Change

I've look at all 17 pages of the threads to see if I could find a solution, so could someone give me some info on how to change my skins for TL? I have the Touch Pro.

when you download the theme you want you need to find the TL folder(where ever you installed it, device or memory card) and replace the files you downloaded in that folder. You can go through file explorer to find the TL folder, it should be in a program folder.
