sprint sucks
Was lucky enough to have yet another problem with my touch pro, went to sprint and they said water damage( aka we're untrained techs). Spent an our on the phone and first i was getting a pro two to would i take a rant . sprint sucks i need an iphone

Same thing happened to me bro i just went today bc my girls phone had an oil smudge , this was her third replacment i went thinking i was going to get a tp2 nope , they said i needed to have four tp before they could exchange they do suck

Sweetie, it's not that the company sucks, it's that the people in the stores sometimes don't want to do their jobs, or essentially, their hands are tied. With an outrageous number posted as a loss for the last quarter, Sprint has been cracking down on how they do exchanges and things of late. Yes, I used to walk into a store and get a new phone on the spot and get to upgrade whenever I wanted, because I knew the store manager. Times, they are ever changing.
If you are having an issue, the "golden" rule is to keep trying until you get someone who gives you the right answer. Go to another store. Get online, and go through a chat with a customer service representative. The reason I suggest the chat is because at the close of the session, they automatically send a transcript, and you have a record of what was promised. Patience, it will get better, you just have to keep trying. After all, you are getting a replacement, refurbished or not, but a replacement nonetheless, and you are not going to have to pay for it. u got to know ppl before my girls sister hooked up with this dude i couldn't get anything done now i got the connect i get hooked up no more standing in the store for hrs and no more refurb phones

hey guys, pb said this before, but we dont want THIS kinds of threads here like "sprints sucks, verizon sucks, t-mobile sucks........" we all have some problems with our carriers, believe we do, but we dont want this because it can start useless problems.... sorry you feel that way, as i can feel your pain right about now, but please no mre " i hate my carrier threads" thanks.

thats complete BS its only 3 i went on my third and they tried to give me a snap because the tp2 was on backorder im currently on my 4th in 2 months holding out for the tp2. but yea they BSd you bro i would call.

I think it varies store to store. My local service center, which is pretty darn good, says they'll replace my Touch Pro if I want (it was having a GPS issue I have actually fixed since.) Problem is, they don't have any TP2s in stock, can't get any right now, and are offering BBs or other "lesser" devices instead of a TP2.

Yeah, the service center has a pathetic dummy TP2 & that's it. I'm not even sure it's supposed to be a display because it rubbery & uber-cheap. It actually reminds me of some of the toys you get in a Happy Meal... Yeah, so what.. I still eat Happy Meals. Big deal!

other than the phone prices for current customers sprint offer now the best plans like mobile to mobile, I been waiting for this for a long time I now hardly use any of my alotted minutes.

that is untrue... price for price stacking up with others t-mobile has the best plans right now, not only are they cheap with project dark that has been talked around about it quite a bit but also there is no need for a contract!

That Mobile Everything plan only works if you don't have multiple phones on the same plan. We have shared minutes between two phones, but data on only one. You can't "add a line" with the Mobile Everything plan. Bummer.

How can this be possible, net says sprint is a b+ customer service now surpassing att. not speaking for anyone but me, sprint has always done me right with offering me up to dates plans(not phones) and giving me discounts cause i told them my brother gets a better deal then me. to me sprint offers the best plans and service and i have had tmobile, att, and sprint within 12 years. they just need to work on those phones and pricing for current customers cause premier staus is not enough.
