Hey new to this need help

Hey i have a tmobile mda. I am trying to install some of the cool looking themes i've found on the this awesome forum. My question is how do i do it....i have only done a custom wizard rom "Wizard_Love_2.26.10.2_WWE_Novii_CF2" . I also been trying to unlock the cid on my phone but unable to find lokiwiz....everyplace i go says i do not have authority to it even tho i am registered.

bro look in my signature at the last link to get access to that area and also for the themes just drop them in the my documents/templates folder on your phone.
