iPhone made many carriers bring new technology called the visual voice mail and the latest in the line up was Orange in France. If you don't wanna buy the iPhone just for this visual voice mail, now you can enjoy it on Windows Mobile too!

Basically it works like a push mail with .arm attachments. Whenever you get a visual voice message, the carrier sends you an SMS with special text requesting the client to download the file. It also included the user name, password, port and other details.

So in order to get this on Windows Mobile you shall either create your own IMAP account with following details

port : 143
login : Will be refered as "name" in the SMS you receive
pass : Will be refered as "pw" in the SMS you receive

Additionally, you can have Clementine VVM Client which shall automate these tasks for you.
