I have gone through at least seven of the htc touches. I just replaced mine through my insurance like maybe 2 weeks ago and I am having the same problems on the brand new one. I am tired of having to get this replaced and keep having the same problem. I paid $500 dollars for a phone that doesn’t work. I am very disappointed in the way this issue is being taken care of too. Every time I call in the only thing they offer me is a replacement phone of the same model or to give me the $150 of early. That would be nice if I was upgrading from a phone that worked but considering less than a year after I bought this phone I started having issues with it and have had nothing but problems. very nice and you should ahve got for free, thats wha ti just did on a buddies phone you have to point facts to them not want or demands and you will get what you want sicne there is no denying facts but there is always arguing an opinion... but 50 bucks aint bad and congrats on the new device.

Soooo glad that they finally took care of you.
Make sure that after you get it, to double check your bill for the next period. I had a similar issue, and got hubby and me TPs in exchange for moguls. Will tell you that it has been hell for the last few months, trying to get things straightened out with everything from double billing for handsets, making sure that the activation charges weren't double billed, on and on and on. Let me know how things go for you! Awesome working the phone dude! |
