It's not a sure thing, but if Nokia were to acquire Palm could the vendor juggle three mobile operating systems?

somebody should take palm webos..It's lacking marketing and not to many developers are involve to make it profitable

i dont think it will be doom but could you imagine the devices their gonna put out, nokia puts out some nice phones.

Symbian is overdue for a replacement. I'd wager Symbian would go, not WebOS. They have Maemo for the superphones & WebOS for 'normal' smartphones.

Then again, long in the tooth or not, Symbian is huge... tough call.

well like you said symbian has the largest user base out of all smartphones since it is used almost everywhere overseas so i cant see it going even though it is an old os... i dont think that they would be the ones to buy because they dont have the most to get in return... if wm purchased them and gave them the funding to do what they have to do i think that could turn wm and palm around at the same time and get them both heading in the right direction.
