HELP w/ Touch

I am new to this website but i have had my HTC TOUCH for awhile now.

I own a Apple Macbook so it is very difficult to sync my phone with my computer. I want to download new skins, the sports bar, and the fullscreen keyboard.

I am completely lost i need some help.
