This is the Leo/HD2 animation startup for nearly all HTC devices.
I made this animation in Photoshop from scratch, so it's easier to customize and probably smaller in size.
Per resolution, there are 2 downloads:
1. a CAB
2. the file itself for cooking etc.

There's also another animation including a matching welcomehead.
That CAB contains both animated.gif and welcomhead.192.png plus some registry edits.

Black version updated as many of you asked. It has been enhanced by some people already but only for WVGA, here you have all resolutions.
Also the HTC logo is renewed, the first one was a bit pixelated, this one isn't. Size is reduced, up to 50%.

Warning: This animation is pretty big! WVGA is ~400 KB, I can make it smaller but quality reduces if I do that. I included some extra registry settings for more compatibility.
As you can see I like clean design!
And note that the quality and speed of these previews is pretty bad.

Downloads

To download only the Leo HTCAnimation, so without welcomehead, select 'File' or 'Cab'. To download the full pack, select 'Full'.
For the black versions, select 'File Black', 'Cab Black' or 'Full Black'.
For the Custom animation, choose 'Custom White' or 'Custom Black'

The following registry key needs to be right to make it work. Note that this key is already included in the 'Full' cabs, but not in the other cabs.

Ahh finally the black ones are done yessssssss, I remember him saying he lost all his work but i guess he got em. Hey guys im currently building a ROM I nedd BETA TESTERS, currently for sprint only but I can make another one for Verizon people, anyone interested please PM ME or get me on palringo. Dashy would love for u to test one out for me buddy. its clean, simple and made on calcs kitchen.

i would need verizon... i dont have a sprint device but id be down.

lol nah im not using ppcgeeks kitchen no more as they dont update it anymore, and for some reason it was the only kitchen to do that...im using calcs kitchen with some of his tweaks and mine and custom bootups and stuff.
