is has MSVC 1.6.19209 (most updated version) but it still has the Unknown or Private Caller bug which will not announce or play a ringtone.


before you flash this ROM you need to do HardSPL

* Make sure ActiveSync icon is GREEN
* RUN kaiser-HardSPL.exe on Computer (PC)
* Follow instructions on screen
