MysteryROM


This is a CDMA HTC Diamond ROM. It's based on Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM with Sense 2.1 and 2.5, so
spec there to find a couple bugs; I will try to fixed them as we find them. :mrgreen:


Few things you should know: HTC Messaging Client has been removed do to the lack of MMS. Footprints tab
has been removed as well; incompatible with our devices.

i never had problems on any of his other roms and i think he would have mentioned if it didnt work..... you can check out some reviews at the ppcgeeks thread os his rom

i love the look of Sense UI... i wished my diamond would have came stock with most of the functions it has lol... the only problem that i had was that the screen was larger than my phone screen but i heard theres a fix for that so i don't mind.. just want this to work with not to many probs.. one prob i had was that the roms text would lag to load or write message... i'm gonna give this a try tonight... and will report back with info on how this works out.. hopefully all goes well... talk to you guys tommorow

so i've been running the mighty for 2 days now and i gotta say.. everything works perfectly with no flaws... just a little out of wack sometimes but it's all good... nothing big.. a little lag here and there but pretty awesome...

Pro's:

3 row column in start menu... pic mail works perfectly... start off with 50mb of device memory... uses sense ui with all edits available... when selecting screens by swiping finger (when you are under sounds menu) the look is smooth and sharp...

Cons:

I might just be new to this but for some reason the fact that the menu is at the bottom is a little wierd for me... the task manager is like windows 6.1... had to add the diamond tweaks... Diamond Tweak 0.5.3_English.cab..... then the icons on top are not wat i'm used to... the icons when you select show up with a quick menu that will allow you to select which icon you are reffering to clicking on... i'm used to clicking on the battery and being shown how much battery i have... this will show you the menu so it takes longer...


overall this rom i would reccomend to those who don't want to hassel with anything and just want a rom that works with no stress.. the phone will freak out sometimes but not as often as i make it seem... it's actually a pretty nice rom... i say it's better than the energyrom's stability... the look is not that good but everything else is wonderful... i will stay on this rom till a new update on energy comes out.. and even then i think i will stick to this one... enjoy guys.. and happy rom hunting lol...

if there is any rom out there to call perfect.. i would say it would be this one...

everything is sexy and icons are totally different... the change i was looking for.. i havent tried the picmail yet for this newest rom.. but omg.. smooth crisp sexy and quick..

mystery the only thing that your missing to be honest is just ur own custom icon toolbar.. that's all you need!!!... it would make this rom perfect! it would be your signature icons lol... that's all you will ever need.. !!! dude i'm happy to have found just a sexy ass rom!!!.. thank you sooooo much mystery...

i used this as the taskbar if anyone wants it... thought it looked cool... got it from ppcgeeks... they didn't state the creator... but will share it with those who want to use it... just didn't know how to view the percentage instead of the battery bar.. so i downloaded this... no offense intended mystery.... your rom is great this is just bull that doesn't need to be added just a little peev of mine.... thanks MYSTERY.. your the shizznizz lol..

EZSip what the hell is that?... lol...

ezSip on this rom is a program where you choose what keyboard you want to use without having to downlaod all of the keyboards.. you use the cab that is in start>utilities>ezSip and then you can keep using the same cab over and over again to specify which keyboard you want to use.. just keep downloading cab and when finished choose which keyboard you want to use... when you want to change.. rerun and redownload.. and then choose again.. really easy and very good to have.. thanks mystery again lol.. !!!

so i like the look of this and all the extras that it has... no need for most of the cabs i have now which saves me a bunch of downloading and waiting lol.. but this rom is actually not showing my pictures in the albums tab... was wondering if there is a fix for that... and then the rom is a little tweaky.. it'll flip out here and there.. but the use and the look is practically beautiful!.. thanks again mystery.. i will flash to sprint rom later today and reflash to this rom to see if it fixes the tab... thank you again!
