Amazon recently announced an update to its Fire TV Stick 4K, with a brand new model. And this one is now just $29.99 – that’s $20 off of its regular price. Making this a really great deal.
The new Fire TV Stick 4K has a slightly different design, making it a bit easier to see the difference. But then again, it’s going to be behind your TV the whole time, so you won’t ever see it. With this model, Amazon has added in WiFi 6 support as well as 2GB of RAM. Making it faster, along with the new 1.7GHz processor, which the company says is about 25% more powerful compared to the first generation.
Of course, the Fire TV Stick 4K does run on Fire TV. Which gives you access to a ton of apps, and Amazon claims that’s about 1.5 million movies and TV episodes. This is thanks to support for apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Max, Hulu, Disney+ and much more. It also has Alexa built-in, making it great for controlling your TV, as well as your smart home products like a Ring Doorbell.
