Keurig is the undisputed king of getting a quick cup of fresh, hot coffee in a matter of seconds, and right now Amazon is offering a deal on the K-Compact single-serve coffee maker for half off leading into Black Friday. This is usually a machine that costs $99.99 but it’s currently on sale for $50. There’s also multiple color options available with Black, Red, Turquoise to choose from. Keurig sells a Gray color option as well but that model is only on sale for $92. So unless you really want the Gray version you can save a ton more money going for one of the other colors.
As a single-serve coffee maker the K-Compact is designed for simplicity. You pop in a coffee pod and hit the brew button and in under a minute you have a hot cup of coffee. It can brew in multiple cup sizes too with options for as little as 6oz and up to 10oz. That being said the water reservoir will hold up to 32oz of water so you can brew more than a few cups if you have multiple coffee drinkers in the home.
One of the better features and one that I take advantage of quite a bit with my own Keurig is the removable drip tray. This is there to not only set your coffee mug on but it catches any leftover liquid that drips down after you remove your mug following a fresh brew. Over time it’ll get a little dirty but you can easily remove it and toss it in the dishwasher or simply wash it by hand. This makes cleanup rather easy as you won’t have to wipe the drip tray down.
