I decided to make this tutorial for the TOUCHpro2 users that dont know how 2 soft reset ,hard reset ,or bootload hope this helps out .
-To perform a Soft Reset
1.Remove the battery cover from ur phone.
2.Use the stylus to push the soft reset button which should be on your left side (Cdma) On this video provided its on the right bc its a (Gsm) version

-To perform a hard reset
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN, TALK/SEND, and END/POWER buttons until you see this message on the screen.
Wiping user data/settings & any user installed applications... 1. Press VolUP to restore manufacturer default.2. Press VolDown to restore custom configuration.3. Press other keys to cancel.
2. Release the VOLUME DOWN, TALK/SEND, and END/POWER buttons.
3. Press the VOLUME UP button to restore the operating system to the factory default configuration, press the VOLUME DOWN button to restore the factory default configuration and remove any operator customization, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
-Using Clear Storage
If you can access the device settings, you can use Clear Storage to reset your device back to factory default settings.
1. Tap Start > Settings, and then tap All Settings.
2. On the System tab, tap Memory > Clear Storage tab.
3. Enter "1234", tap OK and then tap Yes to confirm.

1.Take the battery cover off the phone
2.Hold the power key,volume key down,and punching the soft reset key until you get in a rainbow looking screen

HARD RESETTING THE TOUCH PRO 2: VERIZON AND T-MOBILE
The following information is from the Verizon and T-Mobile Support Websites:
VERIZON: Hard reset the Touch Pro 2 - DEVICE ON:
1. Select Start > Settings > All Settings > System.
2. Select the "Memory" icon.
2. Select "Clear Storage" tab at bottom.
3. Select "Factory Default".
3. Enter the password (default is 1234).
4. Press Yes.
VERIZON: Hard reset the Touch Pro 2 - DEVICE OFF:
1. Simultaneously press and hold the Volume down, Send key (lower left) and Power key (lower right).
2. When prompted onscreen, Press the Volume up.
3. When prompted onscreen, Press the Send key.
4. When screen reads "Restore Completed", Press the Volume down to restart.

T-MOBILE: Touch Pro2 - Performing a hard or master reset using the hardware keys - DEVICE OFF:
1. Press and hold the Talk/Send + End + Power keys until you see the message: "This operation will delete all your personal data, and reset all settings to manufacturer default".
2. Press Vol Up to restore manufacturer default, or press other keys to cancel.
3. Release all buttons.
4. Press the Volume key up to perform the hard reset.
T-MOBILE: Touch Pro2 - Performing a hard/master reset - DEVICE ON:
1. At the Home screen, touch and hold the active tab.
2. Slide left or right to the Settings tab.
3. Tap All Settings.
4. Tap the System tab.
5. Tap Clear Storage.
6. Enter the numbers 1234.
7. Tap Yes.
T-MOBILE: Performing a Soft reset:
1. Save any files that are open.
2. Use the stylus to press the red Reset button on the side of the device.
3. Verify that the device restarts.
